Sample Offer: Spring Cleaning ebook (.25 pts.)
Introduction: A majority of the requirements for Prizerebel's offers start with "signup". Some will be followed by "fill out survey", "click on top banner", "confirm e-mail", or something else. But a couple of them will simply require you to "signup with valid information".
This simply means that you go through the offer until you get to a certain page, and that's it!
Sometimes, you'll still get e-mails for these offers, so if the offer says you'll get an e-mail, it may help to just click on all the links that come with the e-mail. You won't actually have to do anything with the e-mail links once you open them up, so I'd just minimize them and continue with the offer.
The objective is always to make it to the "thank you" page. Then, you'll just wait about 5-8 minutes, and it should credit!
Step 1: Delete ALL your browsing info. Here's how:
If using Internet Explorer, click "tools", "internet options", "delete", then "delete all" (or check everything, then hit "delete" for the new version of Internet Explorer).
If using Firefox, click "tools", "clear private data", then check
all the boxes and hit delete.
Step 2: Refresh the page and log back into prizerebel if you need to.
Step 3: Sign up for a new e-mail account (Hotmail or Yahoo). It doesn't matter if you already have one, this will increase your chances of getting credited, and you'll do this for every offer. This should only take about 20 seconds.
Step 4: Alright, now that we've got everything set up, click on the offer.
Step 5: Fill out any information that they ask for and work your way through the offer. It's important to read the instructions on every page so you don't accidentilly click on an optional offer, which is a huge waste of time.
Step 6: If you read the instructions on each page, there will usually be optional offers that you won't have to do. Always look for the "skip" button to save you time. Sometimes, you'll have a long list of optional offers, so just say "no" to all of them. You can use "Tab+arrow button", to quickly answer no to these long lists.
Step 7: Once you've gotten to the "thank you" page, you should stop and leave everything open for about 5-8 minutes, and check to see if you've gotten points.
The tricky part is knowing when to stop. Most offers won't say "thank you", but use common sense; once you've gotten to the end of the offer, they'll only give you the options to start another offer, participate on the website, or something like that. Once you've gotten to a dead-end page like that, it's safe to assume the offer is complete.
This is why you should always read the instructions on every page. Because if you're not careful, you may continue to work on unnecessary offers for a really long time, and even worse, you won't get credited because you navigated away from the "thank you" page. Always know when to stop.
Summary: These offers are fairly simple, as you're main objective is simply to get to the final "thank you" page. The only thing you might have problems with is knowing when to stop, or accidentilly doing the optional offers, making everything take longer.
If you read the instructions on every page and use common sense, you'll be just fine. Good luck!
